Eminent jurists of sociological school
The eminent jurists of sociological school are divided into two categories .One belong to American Sociological School with Oliver Wendell, Benjamin Mathew Cardozo and Roscoe Pound etc. The others are Comte, Herbert Spencer, Durkheim, Rudolf Von Ihering, Lean Duguit, Max Weber, Eugen Enrlich, Francois Geny, and Hermann Kantoroweiz etc.
